Women’s routine is usually vibrant as she manages both work life and family life altogether. This often leads to exhaustion and nerve-wracking. Women do not spare time for physical activity with such a rigorous routine. The word exercise seems to have a chill down effect in the body after a hectic day at work and managing family routine. So, the smartest way to get these good calories is to split them among the five portions of food that you eat on the daily routine as a part of your healthy balanced diet schedule.

Splitting Up The Diet

We have got many nutritional ingredients to be added in our daily diet. Firstly, food which contains carbohydrates like rice, potatoes, cereals, and pasta should be taken in small portions. Our diet must contain protein-rich foods such as salmon, poultry, meat and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Breakfast

“Eat breakfast like a king” is an old saying. Also we knew the other saying, “old is gold”. We got to start the day having a good hearty and healthy breakfast. As we run non-stop in this era, we often forget breakfast is the important meal of the day. However, eating a plate of delicious and healthy breakfast keeps us alert and active throughout the day. If you are so much concerned about weight then intake of protein based breakfast is a good option. Protein takes a way longer time to get digested when compared to carbs. It gives a feel like we are already full, and consumed only a few calories. Scrambled egg to smoked salmon can be taken as a protein diet breakfast. Well! The choice is left to you; just make sure that skipping breakfast is a very bad manner to your health.

Mid Morning Bite

Mid morning craving can be sorted by having some light snacks that may include some oats stuff, low fat yogurt, half-baked veggies, and wheat cakes.

 Lunch

Low carbs and protein diet combo should be followed during lunch time. Eliminating carbs from the diet is not a wise idea as carbs are the source of energy which gives stamina to do our daily works. As a consequence, blood sugar level elapses. A combo of high fiber whole grains with some protein such as salmon, chicken is almost deliciously healthy. Last but not least, include lots of salad as well.

Mid Afternoon Cravings

This is a time where people usually tend to eat junk food. Replacing the junks with some fruits will be a great treat for your bowel actions. Simply grab a handful of nuts especially walnuts and almonds.

Dinner

Eat like a pauper at night times. Decorate your plate with colorful vegetables and tasty salads. A healthy mix of low-fat fiber rich carbs with proteins and vegetables is sufficient for a sound sleep.
